I am a firm believer in the saying that, “Things happen for a reason”. The cause and effect of an event is not always immediately evident, yet once the connection is made, even if it is years later, the impact of it all makes perfect sense. Even though experiences in life can be pleasant or sometimes not so pleasant, if we are paying attention, we will learn equally as well from both.
My interest in Nature and Wildlife Photography fits into my philosophy due to the fact that my life has been blessed with so many influential people who I now know have been in my life for a reason. Due to the influence of some individuals who've expressed and portrayed love for either creativity with the camera, or nature, I have found in myself a desire to combine the two, and am continually fascinated by the split-second opportunity to capture an image in nature that will be enjoyed for a lifetime.

The message of things happening for a reason is so clear in nature. I continue to learn and grow each and every time I get an opportunity to be in nature and capture images on film. I hope you will enjoy what I find striking in nature.
